With Construction Management at Risk, we plan around your goals to protect your schedule and budget. We partner with the architectural engineering firm you choose so design options stay in line with what you can spend.

Since Permian is also your general contractor, we can price and test complex design ideas early, before you pay to develop them.

Design-Build

With Design-Build, we bring on the design firm and take responsibility for construction. It’s a simpler path for owners who’d rather not handle daily design, engineering and operational decisions. We have deep Design-Build experience alongside our CMaR work.

Construction Management

As your construction manager, we work as your consultant, using decades of experience to oversee and advise your architects, engineers and contractors, on the whole project or a single part of it.

If your team is in place and work is underway but progress isn’t where you expected, or you want a second opinion before starting something big, our CM services can help.

Custom

We specialize in commercial construction in the Permian Basin in the $50K to $5M range. If CMaR, Design-Build or CM isn’t quite the right fit, tell us what you need and what you’re up against, and we’ll put together a custom proposal.
